Version 11 Family Update Form Blanks

Post by Shelley »

When running the the report "Family Update Form" a blank page (does have header and footer information) is inserted after every individual record. Is there a way to stop this? Sure creates an awful of paper to "uncollate" and throw away.

Shelley

Sounds like something that should be switchable - whether to have a blank page between families, or not. Why am I thinking bug ?? ;)

Depending on the selections made, and the number of entries one could select from, we are able to reproduce this behavior here. We'll have a look at this, however, I'm not sure there is much I can do.

In the interim, see about adjusting what selections you have selected, or the codes that are in the system, to see if you can prevent the blank page, or at least have something on that page other than the header/footer.

I have been able to adjust selections made to eliminate the page, but there is a large space at the bottom indicating there ought to be room for those selections or at least have them go on and print to the blank page, but not. Anyway, thanks for looking into it. I will just go with limited selections at this point to eliminate the blank page. irregardless, I am very excited about this feature, so much easier and better than anything I have been able to create on my own to get the job done. :)

Shelley
