Church Directory

Post by GCCFDL »

I am using PC 11. I am trying to run a church directory report. Some of the people are not showing up on the directory that I would like on the directory. When I go and check in the integrated data entry and personal files, all things that need to be checked are checked and the personal status is marked correctly. Why are they not showing up on the directory? Thank You!

They have the "Include in membership module reports" checked in the IDE?
Are you printing pictures and these families do not have a picture?

No they aren't. So, even if they are not members, I have to check that box for those addresses to appear on the church directory? Why doesn't the box "publish in the church directory" if checked take care of that? Thanks for your help!

The "Include in Membership Module Reports" box, if unchecked, will remove the family and its family members from any report you can print from under the Membership menu. This is the only way of "archiving" families/individuals in the system.

The "Publish Address in Church Directory" option provides the ability to make this family's physical address "unlisted". The family would still be included in the Church Directory, it just wouldn't print their address.
