DELETE OLD FUND ACCOUNTING DATA

Hello, This is Kathleen.


I am trying to delete fund accounting data from a month that shows as being closed. However, when I go into Fund Accounting and select "delete old data", I get a message that says "no transactions found to delete; only closed months can be deleted". There is payroll information posted for January thru April 2010. I want it in the payroll module but not in fund accounting, so I closed the month of April, 2010. I have double checked, and there is activity for January thru April. I have also made sure the month is closed; it is. Does anyone know why this might happen?

could you explain what you mean by 'payroll data in funds accounting' ?? Do you mean someone entered transactions for payroll directly into funds accounting ??
