worship attendance report

Post by Tammy Foster »

I would like to create a graph for multiple years of worship attendance. How can this be created?

Thanks, Tammy

First off, you need to have entered the attendance data for the years you want to track. I know that's obvious, but it needs to be said.

I don't know which version you're using, so I'll cover 10 & 11:

In Version 10, from the menu bar, select Membership -> Attendance -> Graphs, you'll see this dialog, which should be self explanatory:

In version 11, from the menu bar, select Membership -> Attendance -> Other Output -> Graphs, you'll see this dialog:
attendance11a.jpg
The pull down menu will give you a choice of what dates you want to pull data on, a predefined set of dates, or a set of dates you can define yourself:

Thank you for the response. We are using version 11. I've been able to create a graph for one year at a time. Is it possible to layer or superimpose previous years attendance on one graph?

You should be able to select multiple years using the Defined Range selection. It will give you a chance to enter dates much as you see under the version 10 picture above.

I don't believe that you can do any additional manipulation of the graph such as layering, other that what you can do with the settings on the graph when it displays.
