Fund Accounting Reports for 2010

Hi, can you tell me how I might be able to extend the number of months available for me to run reports in Fund Accounting? Because of some clean up work that I am doing configuring and correcting a system that I inherited, I have Jan 2008 open (as the accounting month), but I want to run the income and expense reports for the months of September and October 2010 because I have continued to enter current transactions while cleaning up the historical data. However, in the reports menu in fund accounting it is not showing the year 2010 - only from 2001 to 2009. I really don't care for reports prior to Jan 2008 because they can be obtained from archives. Please let me know how I can get to the 2010 reports in fund accounting module. Thanks.

Version 9 allows up to 12 months open. Versions 10 and 11 allow up to 18 months open.

In neither of these cases would you be able to run reports for 2010 if January 2008 is your current period. Once January 2010 is within the range of open months, you will be able to post transactions and run reports for 2010.

Thanks so much for the prompt response. I have a number of entries to post in various months before getting into the 18-month range and was hoping I could bypass doing that for the moment, but I guess not. Thanks again.
