Almost Deacon Report
I need to create a report similar to the deacon report. The pastor needs a report listing families with children under 18. The deacon report show the family information plus children's names in the household. I need to be able to create this report, but not based on the deacon assigned to that family. I do not need families without children.
Re: Almost Deacon Report
This report does not sound like a standard, built-in Powerchurch report, but a custom report. You can probably copy this deacon report, then edit the selection criteria to remove the requirement to add or group by deacon.northsidebc wrote:I need to create a report similar to the deacon report. Re: Almost Deacon Report
The deacon report is a new built-in report added in version 11. Unfortunately you cannot copy the built-in reports and make modifications to them. The tricky part is to do the selection for families only with children. Another report to look at would be the family grouped report. It is similar to the deacon report, doesn't include pictures, but there is not a way to only select families with children.
Do you have visit areas assigned? If you do not, you could run the deacon report sorted by visit area.

Re: Almost Deacon Report
The deacon reports is one of those changes we made that did not receive a lot of fanfare so it has largely gone unnoticed in version 11.
