How to send contributions to a Lexar Drive?

Want to take drive to OfficeMax and print small number of contribution statments as my printer is down. System does not show where you can direct to the drive. HELP!

I'm assuming that you've selected the reports to go to the screen preview on the Reports - Contributions window.. You should be able to save the output by clicking on the DISK icon at the top of the preview pane that appears after the report is created. You can save these reports as a PDF file anywhere you like on your computer, which can then be printed at Office Max or any other such provider.

The alternative is to just send the reports directly to disk by selecting that from the Reports - Contributions window.

However, if you're having the problem where Powerchurch does not recognize the thumb drive. This can be caused by not having the drive connected to the machine prior to starting Powerchurch.

If the computer recognizes the thumb drive, then Powerchurch should also see it. However, if it doesn't, you can still save the report output to a local directory on your C: drive, then copy or move the file to the thumb drive later.
