Fonts in PowerChurch Plus

We just upgraded from having PowerChurch 11.1 on our computers to PowerChurch Plus 11.5 on line. When we compare the two systems side by side, we see that the font in 11.1 is dark and heavy and easy to read. The font on 11.5 (on every computer we use) is very light and thin and hard to read. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you have any suggestions that might help us? Thanks

I just checked 11.1 and 11.5 side by side on my laptop, and I don't see any difference. AFAIK, the program uses the standard system fonts found on your machine. I just checked the font list and there have not been any fonts installed.

I do know that the Reporting system has been updated so that special characters such as accents and umlauts are now available there for printing.

We have the same problem. The font is so unreadable that we are ready to go back to the local version. All the fixes suggested do not work.

It looks like the original post is talking about the online version of 11.5.
Lisa is that what you are using?

Powerchurch Online ... oy .. that's a whole different issue. This sounds like an issue with the client software used for the online version.

Have you called Powerchurch support ?? They may have some ideas, or else will take some information and try to see about getting a fix if one is needed !!
