Problems Printing 941's Report

I am using version 11.1. Trying to print 941's Tax Deposit receive the following error:

Error:1429
Method: report_print

Message: OLE IDispatch exception code 0 from Crystal Reports Active X
Disigner: Page Header Page Footer

This sounds like you may not have some files in the right places.

1. Are you printing to a local printer ?
2. Are you running networked ??

If you're networked, try running the NETSETUP11.exe program found in the install directory of the PCPlus networked drive, this may help.

Can you do it on the PowerChurch program or do you have to use the install disk?

The NetSetupxx program is located in the INSTALL folder under the PCPLUSxx directory.
