Multiple Contributors under one family

We need to know how to post funds under indiv. names for all that's listed under same family members with same envelopes number

example...four people in family...John sr, mary, John jr and sharron.
they have the same number 12 for the whole family.
John jr gives five dollars in cash and we want to posts just his cash indiv.

You have to give that individual a separate envelope number, that's the only way to handle it.

Not sure what you're referring to.

Could you be more specific, as in what function under visitations are you using?
