Does anyone have a suggestion on how to manage keys that have been assigned to various people? Is there a way to do this in the equipment inventory? Maybe some hybrid of the education library where it lists the people that have various keys and their numbers? Basically a way to track the keys without using a separate spreadsheet.
Thanks,
Dan

You might consider setting up an activity under Membership > Activities & Skills as "Key Holders" and assign people to that activity.

I like the idea of putting key holders in this way, however, if there is an Alarm code for each individual, I think we would want to have a way to make that note a private or protected note of some kind, so the pass codes for alarm security were not available to the typical Activities/DB viewer. Is that possible?

Re: Key log - equipment inventory module
It isn't possible to password protect individual fields in the database. If someone has access to that particular area of the program, being Activities & Skills or Equipment Inventory or any other area of the program, they will be able to see all information therein.

Thanks... possibly a consideration for future functionality? Thanks for considering.
