Adding Birthday and Anniversary Dates to Directory?

Post by santoheath »

I am working on creating a church directory and the church wants birthday and anniversary days and months (no years) listed with the members names. Please advise how to add.

The built-in church directory report found under the Family Mailing list has a DETAIL format that includes this data as a default, why are you trying to recreate the wheel ??

Creating the directory through the detail does not allow pictures in the directory. Can you advise?

I suspect you're using v10, as v11 allows pictures. What you can do is export the report to a WORD document, then edit in the pictures.

You're welcome ... I'm still finding things in 11.5 I've not noticed before ;)
