Duplicate/Triplicate Records - Vendor Activity Summary

I am lost to understand why I'm seeing duplicate and triplicate records in my "Vendor Activity Summary Report". Some records only have a single entry. The subtotal for each vendor includes all records, meaning they are sometimes double or triple the actual activity.

I ran a cheque register report, and each cheque is only there once.

The first thing I would do is to reindex. This can be found under the Utilities menu.

Unfortunately, it sounds like a corrupted database .. you may have to call Powerchurch directly on this one.
