church member not showing up on labels for newsletter

We mail a monthly newsletter and I have one person whose name will not show up on the labels. In her profile she is listed for receiving bulk mail. She is communing confirmed and I have the date she joined the church. (She transferred in.) I thought maybe I needed to mark her as transferred in but that hasn't helped.

To get these labels I go to Membership - Family Mailing List -- Print Mailing Labels

Then the only things selected are:
MNewsletter USPS
NMNewsletter USPS
Staff

I have tried it in zip code order and alphabetically but cannot understand why it won't show up when I print labels. Any suggestions?

Not sure what you mean by "Bulk Mail". The only such setting I know of is for bulk emails. You need to see if on the Family Mailing List Profile, all the checkboxes on the main contact tab are selected. If she's not listed as being included in Membership Reports, she won't show up in the list of labels.

The other selections you have are all local codes, and this person would need to have these codes setup under "Mailing Category" codes, and all the other local codes you have there in order to be pulled.

In my version of Power Church it is bulk mailing not emails and it is selected. She is also selected to receive membership reports. She is a member but her husband isn't and I wonder if that's maybe the problem. It may be overriding her. Looks like I will have to call tech support on this one.

Um ... in all the versions of PCPlus I've used, there is no 'bulk mailing' option, unless you're using the Powerchurch Mailroom optional program.

In any case, I'd make sure that she's setup as eligible for all those filters you have setup, that is, her Mailing List profile will be selected by those filters.
