Exluding Members in Church Directory

Post by songbird331 »

Is there a way to NOT include MEMBERS who no longer attend our church in our Church Directory? Thank you.

On their Mailing List profile, uncheck the include in membership module reports.. ;)

That said, if they're not attending they should no longer be listed as Members .. 8)

Thank you. I can't remove them from our Membership; however, I tried making them Inactive Members and it removed them from the church directory.

That's the reason for the different categories ... you can then exclude those who are not members from reports, etc.

ok, thank you. Another question: How do you make a church directory DOUBLE-SIDED while printing straight from PC? I can if I print out a directory and then make copies from that.

That's a function of your printer .. if your printer does double sided, it will print that way ..
