I am new, this is my first post, so please forgive if I am in the wrong place.
Using PC+ 11 - There is a report feature for visitors (this is not visitations), but there was no choice of status to assign to a person's name being entered. Do I create that statusof visitor? There is a report in Attendance that says Visitors Report. How do I make a person a visitor to show up on the report if I don't create that status. If this status exists, where do I find it to assign to a person?

PCPlus, when it is first run on a new installation (not an upgrade) creates a few default Mailing List and Personal Profile statuses for use. One of the defaults is the status of VISITOR.siemensre wrote:I am new, this is my first post, so please forgive if I am in the wrong place.

If you don't see this status under the status choices in the Mailing List profiles, and under the Personal Profile statuses, you should create it because you want to track any visitors and their attendance.
As far as the Visitor Report ... when you begin the run the report, you will get a list of the statuses that are setup in the system, you would then select the statuses you want to track.
