Linking rental room bookings to accounts recievable

Hello,

I am a new user to Power Church, so I am sure there is an easy way to do this, and I would appreciate someone explaining it to me.

Like many churches, we rent out space in our building. In our case, it is a major source of revenue.

So how do I set it up so that when I book a room (event calendar), it will lead directly to creating an invoice in accounts receivable?

Unfortunately, the system does not have a way to do this. The Events system was primarily setup (if I remember right) to cover church uses of the facilities, not for rental tracking. As such, it can add stuff to your Google calendar, email members for reminders, or employees with requirements.
