You can enter it using Contributions.

First, go into Contributions / Setup / Maintain List of Contribution Funds
ADD
120 Tee Shirt Payment

and uncheck "Include fund on statements".

This will allow you enter the information, but it will not show up on their contribution statements.

-------------

You don't have to do this next step, but I use it to make record keeping easier.

You can create Custom Codes. (This requires you to have administration privileges to setup).

Go into Contribution / Setup / Maintain Custom Codes
ADD

(These are the Custom Codes that I use)

1) Tax Deductible
2) Non-Deductible
3) Services Received
4) Registration Fee

Whenever you setup a new Contribution Fund, you can use the dropdown box to assign one of these codes to it.

For example:
Contributions / Setup / Maintain List of Contribution Funds
ADD
120 Tee Shirt Payment
[dropdown box]
Non-Deductible
[uncheck "Include fund on statements"]

On the other hand, if you're not tracking who gave the money, and the money is basically paying back the church for the cost of the t-shirts, you could just do a deposit through Funds Accounting by creating the transaction there, and just debit checking, and credit the original expense account that was used to buy the t-shirts.
