I am looking to modify some data in the chart of accounts (mostly adding Notes). However, if I follow the help instructions (Accounting -> Fund Accounting -> Setup -> Maintain Chart of Accounts), any time I try to type anything into any of the fields, I get a "The record is read-only" message and I cannot change anything. This happens even when logged in to the system admin account. Am I missing some other switch I need to activate in order to modify data in the chart of accounts?
Version is 11.5.

Never mind, found the problem. Another program had one of the DBF files in the database open which was causing the lock. Closing the program freed things up.
