Reindex Error
I tried to reindex the data files in PowerChurch 11.1 today. When reindexing the Accounting files I get a message that says a Duplicate Account has been detected. How can I locate and fix the account?
Re: Reindex Error
Unfortunately, the only fix for this is for you to call Powerchurch Support directly. They will have to walk you through the steps to find and remove such duplicates.mwalter937 wrote:I tried to reindex the data files in PowerChurch 11.1 today. Re: Reindex Error
I get the following message when I try re-indexing.
The following problems were found in your accounting files.
If you continue to get this warning, please contact technical support.
•Accounts Payable key duplicated
Could you tell me what this could be? Would this also be something I would have to send a backup for support to fix? If so, is there a charge?
Thanks
Cara

Re: Reindex Error
This could be a very simple fix, or not. It is best that you call Powerchurch support directly. If this is your first call to Powerchurch support, then you're still covered under the original 90 days of support.seavers wrote:I get the following message when I try re-indexing.
