How to handle a returned check

I am sure this has come up before I could not find any thing on it.
The ck has been posted and I am look for the best way to handle this, so down the road every thing will match up.

That is what I was looking for and it fixed it but I forgot to make a note that the check was returned.

Also I think there should be a auto backup every time u sign on or each help should say backup, then make changes

You can setup an automatic backup in v11.x using Windows Task Scheduler. That said, it always is a good idea to do a backup anytime you're making major updates or changes.
