Missing Contributions
We moved to PC+ in 2013 but not at January 1. We had to make "catch up" entries. Our January contributions were entered to Fund Accounting but are not showing in the contribution module. Is the correct way to fix the issue to pull the January contribution envelopes, enter them and then only update the contribution module without posting to Fund Accounting?

Precisely ... as you guessed, the reason January's are not showing on statements, is probably due to the fact that you entered the totals as a direct entry to Funds Accounting.bkenworthy wrote:We moved to PC+ in 2013 but not at January 1. In order for your contributor's statements to be correct, you have to add those January entries through Contributions, and yes, use the Update Contributions Only option when posting.
