Emailing contribution statements

Post by bumclakeview »

I just tried emailing contribution statements, but it appears that only folks with 2014 pledges were sent a statement. I can't find where that restriction was made; I wanted to send the statement to anyone who gave so far this year. The "email contribution statement" is checked appropriately for those not pledging. Thanks for any help!

Are you sure you're selecting Contribution statements, not Pledge Statements from the reports list. Its the first one in the Contributions reports list.

There shouldn't be any reason why only those who have pledged would have been created. Try creating the statements as if for print, and then see what pages are created.

There is a check box that says: "Print statement only if a balance is due on a pledge." Are you sure that box was not checked?
