SS attendance form

Post by bjsbrown65 »

Our church used ACS in the past and it has the ability to print out an "attendance marking sheet" for Sunday School listing the names on roll with the upcoming dates at top and blanks where the ss secretary can check off attendance. Is there something similar in PowerChurch or has anyone designed a custom report he/she is willing to share. I saw the activity attendance report but it has the attendance recorded. I know I can send this to excel and remove the check marks but that is a lot of extra work. Thanks.

Powerchurch has such a report, look at the Attendance Register Form under the Attendance module reports.

Thank you. I have tried to run the report many times using different criteria but each time I get a "no records selected" error. What am I doing wrong.

OK: I'm going to ask the obvious: are people assigned to the activity ??

A couple of things to look at... As Neil stated, make sure there are people assigned to the activity, but also make sure that activity is set to record attendance. These can both be done on the Maintain Activity/Skill Descriptions screen found under Membership > Activities & Skills > Setup.
