I use V 11.55. I processed 6 payroll checks dated Feb 1. I then went to "post payroll" to Fund Accounting, and clicked, but now those 6 checks do not show in the View Posted Transactions list, but the software says they have been posted. Where are they and what did I do wrong?! And how do I fix this??

Re: Posted Payroll is Missing!
Are they in the Funds Accounting unposted transactions list? Remember posting to the Posted Transactions is a two step process. Post from AP/Payroll/Contributions, then posting transactions in Funds Accounting.k9vet wrote:I use V 11.55. I processed 6 payroll checks dated Feb 1. Thanks. I forgot about the two-step process, but I also had forgotten to close month of Feb 14 and change working month to Feb 15,
since these checks were dated Feb 2!
So glad you are there so solve such problems!

Scot .. if you have your system setup to keep 18 months open, you don't have to worry about closing last years Feb before you can open this years. Gives you some flexibility.k9vet wrote:Thanks.
