User Code: Allergies

Post by emellesee »

I'm using one of my user codes to list allergies (this is useful for the Sunday School in preparing snacks and for our Alpha course dinner preparations). My problem is that the fields aren't very long and since I can't select multiple answers, I have a problem when someone has multiple allergies. Is there a way around this?

Unfortunately, no, unless you use another user code, or create a composite data item.

How do you create a "composite data item"?

Well .. I should have been more specific. I should have said, composite code such as:

gluten/peanuts, or peanuts/milk .

Some of the more common (if there is such a thing) combinations of allergies. You can add as many pull down codes as you want,.
