Alter Existing Report

Is there any way to alter an existing report to include additional information? I like the Profile Pictorial Directory but need birthday included on it. My other option is to include a picture on the Selected Profile - Full Details Report (all under Personal Profiles) I know that a custom report can be created, however, I have done it before and I'm not very good at it.

The standard reports cannot be adjusted, however, have you looked at the standard Church Directory's Detail format? You can include pictures, along with birthday and other info.

Thanks for the suggestion Neil, however, it does not allow for the filter that I need to extract the required data.
