E-filing W2's 2016

E-filing W2's 2016

We are trying to submit our W-2's electronically to State of Oregon through nelcoportal. We are already registered with them through Power Church as of last year and did submit electronically last year successfully. However, it will not even let us start the process for 2016 W-2's, only letting us see our previous history. What steps are we missing??

Have you updated to the latest Maintenance Release ...

Yes, I just updated the most recent maintenance release.
OK .. if you just updated to the 01/17/2017 MR, have you tried submitting the forms again? If you still have problems, I would call Powerchurch directly for assistance.

We have been seeing this a lot lately. There is a Windows Update from Microsoft that is supposed to be in the "Recommended" updates, but most people are not seeing it install automatically. Visit the link below and click the Download button in the "Easy Fix" section of the article. Once that has installed the fix, reboot the computer and try filing again.
