Modifying G/L Income Account

I would like to modify some of my income accounts to be release accounts but do not have that option. According to PowerChurch 11.55 User manual on page 210 I should be able to check a box to designate the account as a Release Account. There is no box for that when I pull up an income account to modify it. Can you please advise me on how to accomplish this?

Normally, your release account SHOULD NOT be the same as a normal income account. By default, Powerchurch will include a 2 level header for Release Accounts at the 4800-000 number level, with a 3 level header for Temp Restricted Release at 4801-000. This leaves you about 97 account numbers to use. At 4900-000, it enters a 3 level Perm Restricted Release header, then at 4998-000 it places a 3 level header Released from Restriction and enters a 4999-000, 5 level account for Released from Restriction.

The system will then use the 4800 level and the 4999-000 accounts when you click the Release Restricted Funds button. Normally there is no need for manual access of these accounts.
