Adding searchable information to check form

Post by chucksings »

I have Online Version 12

We would like to be able to add a description to purchases that would allow us to search at a later date and find the item. For instance, we purchase a speaker and three years later would like to search for the speaker we bought.

It seems to me the only way to do that now is by remembering later who you bought the speaker from.

Any ideas?

Thanks

That's about it right now. You should send this to "wishlist@powerchurch.com", explain what you'd like to see, how it will save you time, and money etc.

That is partially what we intend the "Line Description" to be used for. This is in the transaction details grid, next to the account number/name. It can also be used when purchasing a cart load of things from the office supply or big box store, to note what each of the different expense accounts in the transaction were used to purchase in this transaction.
