This knowledgebase article will help you with this, and also show you how to backup your database every night, or every other night. While its from 2012, the instructions listed there for each utility are still valid. That said the link to the Microsoft article is broken, and you should use the directions as given in the second article which also work for Windows 10.

I have read the post about scheduling a backup. I can't get it to work with our NAS drive which is where the backup.exe file is not on my PC.

You should have the NAS drive setup as a MAPPED network drive, in which case you should be able to setup the scheduler to use the file if the mapping is correct.

So if you have the \\nas\powerchurch\pcplus12 drive mapped to your PC as J:\, you should be able to use J:\onebodysync.exe as the Task Scheduler program target
