I have been using PC for a long time (PC Plus 12), but I'm new to Vanco. I attempted to import from Vanco today for the first time and received a short list of donations that needed clarification by me before import. That's fine, but I left that link to check on something else without importing. I came back to try and finish the importing and my list was gone with the message that there was nothing new to import.
How do I get that list back or do I have to manually add them to my unposted contributions?

Don't use Vanco, but I'm fairly sure you will have to enter them manually. I believe Vanco expects all imports to be done at one time since they deposit to the bank all at one time.dadcowell wrote:I have been using PC for a long time (PC Plus 12), but I'm new to Vanco. Re: Vanco Import
PowerChurch stores the last completed date in the database, to keep contributions from being imported multiple times. Since you aren't seeing those contributions when you try to import again, it sounds like the process was completed, rather than cancelled.
