We posted items on June 30. When I do a YTD fund report or even quarterly report, the posted items are not there. If I do a report from Jan 2018 - July 31, 2019, They show up for weekly givings. I am trying to run my quarterly statements for contributions and am missing these numbers. Not sure what we are doing wrong as this is the first time this has happened.

It was set for June 30. It only shows up if I do more than a year of posting

Re: Missing contributions
If I do a Contribution Audit detail report - I does not show up but the one for 7/7/19 is there as is the 6/23/19.

I suspect that somehow the date entered was wrong?FUMCWestfield wrote:If I do a Contribution Audit detail report - I does not show up but the one for 7/7/19 is there as is the 6/23/19.

Re: Missing contributions
on the contributions positing report it shows posted on 6/30/19, posting date 6/30/2019 and all 27 posted items can be seen.NeilZ wrote:I suspect that somehow the date entered was wrong?FUMCWestfield wrote:If I do a Contribution Audit detail report - I does not show up but the one for 7/7/19 is there as is the 6/23/19.
On the contribution Audit Detail - it doesn't show at all
if I run Funds Report by date (YTD) It does not show up
If I run Funds Report by date and do 1/1/18 to 7/15/19 it shows up as a 6/30/19 posting
If I run an individual contribution report for ytd - it Does not show up - however if I run from 1/1/18 - 7/15/19 it shows up on 6/30/19
Re: Missing contributions
Try doing a database table reindex .. UTILITIES -> Reindex -> All Files .. if there are still issues, let me know. In the meantime I'll have the techs take a look at this thread.FUMCWestfield wrote:on the contributions positing report it shows posted on 6/30/19, posting date 6/30/2019 and all 27 posted items can be seen.NeilZ wrote:I suspect that somehow the date entered was wrong?FUMCWestfield wrote:If I do a Contribution Audit detail report - I does not show up but the one for 7/7/19 is there as is the 6/23/19.

Re: Missing contributions
Yeah! that worked. Thanks you for your help!!!
Re: Missing contributions
Sometimes that's all it takes. When I have issues along these lines, especially when some reports show transactions or entries, and other's don't. A reindex will often solve the problem.FUMCWestfield wrote:Yeah! that worked. Thanks you for your help!!!
