Tax Receipts - Electronic Signature

Hi I tried checking online and forums on how to add electronic signature on contribution statements. I could not get any help.

We recently heard it can be done in version 12.20. Hence we upgraded to 12.2.

Please let me know the process of adding sign.

To do this, go to File > Preferences > Contributions Setup. Click on the Receipt tab. There you can enter all the necessary information in advance, as well as importing the signature image and generating a test receipt to see if resizing/cropping the image is necessary.

There is no option of receipts tab nor it has the option of importing the image.

Take a look under File > Preferences > System Setup Options. Make sure that "Canada (all other countries)" is selected.

Does this mean that churches located in the United States should check Canada(all other countries) in order to use the electronic signature or is the electronic signature feature not available for US church locations.

The signature image functionality is only available on the official Canadian Tax Receipts.
