E-mail Issue

Post by rlmcculley »

I am having difficulty getting bulk e-mails to send.

Below is an error message that I received.

Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated.

That looks like the addressee has spam filters installed, and he needs to allow the chuch's ISP domain access. What ISP is that person using ?? I've often had problems with AOL, as they block out whole IP addresses, not domains, and evidently they had problems with Earthlink at one time, so many of our emails get bounced back if they go through certain Earthlink relays.

Its nothing that comes from PC+.

Richard,

This could also be from a munged email address. I'd verify that the domain name in the addressee's address is properly spelled.

There is also a possibilty that the email server on this domain recognized a batch of emails to it and this particular person's email exceeded the max count.

I'd also send a test message to this individual just to be sure it works on a singular basis.

My $.07 worth,
Jeff
