Quick definition of Fields in Data Export

Is there a way to get a print out of what the Fields are when exporting data? Example: Family Phone 1; Family Phone 2; Family Phone 3

I'd like to see what Family Phone 3 is before I choose it to export into Excel.

I'm not sure what you mean. Family phone 3 is the third phone number listed on the family mailing list screen. The type of phone number stored in the third slot could be different for different families. You can change the phone number type in a particular slot by clicking the down arrow next to the description, so for family "A" phone 3 could be their fax line and family "B" phone 3 could be the kids line. There is a diffent field called phone 3 type that will give you what type of phone number is stored in phone 3 for that family.
