I am attempting (notice the operative word - attempting) to send a group e-mail to approx 200 people.
I have Outlook as my e-mail package
I have selected "My Server Requires Authentication", typed in my e-mail address and password.
I am confused about the option " Send ___ messages in ___ minutes". In the manual it states it is not necessary to change this setting. Therefore my setting is 0 and 0.
The problem I am experiencing is only 25 e-mails will go at a time. I get the error message "resources temporarily unavailable. Please try again later". What step am I omitting? :?:

It sounds like maybe your outgoing email server is throttling the number of emails that can go out at a given time. That's exactly what that setting works to alleviate. If you can find out from your ISP how many emails they will allow in a batch (sounds like 25), you can set PowerChurch to send 20 emails every 2 minutes or something like that. Between each batch, PowerChurch will disconnect from your server, and reconnect. That may help.
