I've printed the 2005 contribution statements and for some reason this statements numbers seem off:

Why do the 2 underlined figures not match? It seems to me these number should be the same. What have I done wrong?

It looks like you've got some contributions that weren't applied to the pledge. In v9, there's an option under the Contributions menu to "Search for Contributions not applied to a pledge." Run that, and you'll see a list of contributions not applied. You can select any or all of them. You'll most likely want all.
If this doesn't work, or if you're not using v9, you'll need to call tech support.
