New to PC; can I put data on another computer
New treasurer at church. Put in all family data, personal files. My pastor's wife is the secretary and will downloading PC on her computer at home. How can I get the famil data and personal profiles to her so that she doesn't have to manually add them on her computer. Download onto a disk? What's the best way. Thanks in advance.

Are you going to maintain two separate copies of the database ?? This can cause issues as the databases may not remain in sync, thus throwing off data, contribution activities etc.sandracoffey wrote:New treasurer at church. Put in all family data, personal files. I would strongly recommend that you rethink how you're going to be using the system.
That said, you can do a backup to CD-RW, ZIP Drive, etc and then restore at the other computer.

Is this permitted under terms of the "single site" license? The license agreement appears to say that installing the program on a computer at someone's home is prohibited. Or does it also include copies at the homes of any church staff?
