We do not use the non-budgeted concept, as we allocate all I & E to specific group accounts. How can we eliminate the repetative italizied line Non-Budgeted in every Group on the I&E Statement?
ALSO:
On the I&E statement our year to date budget for Income and Expenses are the same (A balanced budget). In past years, that ceated a "0" in both the YTD budget and YTD Budget percentage, as expected.
Our Jan 2006 statement bottom line "EXCESS INCOME\EXPENSES shows "0", the Budget percentage shows "35,850,000.00% or 10,000 times the year to date excess. What went wrong?
Thanks for your support.

Make sure you have the latest Maintenenace Release (http://www.powerchurch.com/mr). We included the ability to turn that off.
Also, the problem with your budgets was an issue that was discovered with an early build of PowerChurch if you converted from an older version with budgets, and you move accounts around. Updating will keep this from happening in the future, but you'll have to change those budget amounts that were affected. Sorry about that.

Don't know how I missed the m/r, but that resolved the non-budgeted issue.
On the other matching budget issue, if you are off by as little as .01, the percentage kicks in. Our resolve is to modify any one of the budget lines for the month to have I & E totals balance and the % is resolved.
Seems this comes about in our case as I set some of the line annual budget items at dollar amounts not divisible by 12 (mos.) This can then through off the cents column based on uneven division.
Hope this might help others with the same problem.

On the topic review of Feb 3, 06, 10:59 am you advise that under latest Main. Release (ours is presently 11/11/05)"We included the ability to turn that off".Although we confirmed, the two lines of italics are still on our I&E reports but would like to know how to turn that off.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Did you remove the checkmark from the report setup box that says Include both budgeted and non-budgeted ??Ron Ricklefs wrote:On the topic review of Feb 3, 06, 10:59 am you advise that under latest Main. Clear the checkbox, you'll only get budgeted accounts, thus removing the extra lines.

I would like to know if the program can be changed so that somewhere-maybe in accounting setup or in the save columns option -- I can get rid of the check mark that prints unbudgeted - I never use the unbudgeted line and print many I&E reports and have to undo that check mark every time. Can't I save that change somewhere to streamline the process. It is very irritating.
