In a future version of PowerChurch, it would be great if there were a calendar/scheduling module included. Every other calendar I've been able to find is based on a Mon-Fri work week and squishes Saturday & Sunday into one box. Most churches are busiest on the weekends so a printed calendar would need more space for those days and less for the rest of the weekdays (or the same amount of space would be okay too). It would also be great if this feature allowed you to set up rooms and equipment (like VCRs & Overhead projectors) so that you could "book" them and know when they're not available. If possible, it would also be great if the scheduling module could like to the accounting module so that you could streamline invoicing outside groups for renting the facility! That's probably a lot to ask, but I figured this was the place to ask .
Event Scheduling/Calendaring/Room & Equipment Booking is a feature that's being worked on for version 10. As it stands currently, Saturday and Sunday get the same treatment as every other day. I'm not sure about the integration with Accounting, but I do know there has been some discussion of it.
