Yes. The pictorial directory in Personal Profiles - Reports gives you the option of selecting "Adult Y/N" or, if you didn't input that info, you can select people born before a certain year (01/01/1988 - 01/01/2006). That should give you what you want. Make sure you check the box to include email addresses.

Ok but what about...
Ok what about if you want the entire family with childrens names and emails for everyone, along a picture of the family. I can't figure this out.

Photo Directory with e-mails
jv,
The photo directories don't let you print detailed information on the families. What we ended up doing was to generate the non-photo directory that had all of the information we needed, exported that to MS Publisher (Word works too, but may have problems if you put in too many pictures). Then I just pasted in the pictures in the right places. Hopefully, a future version of Powerchurch will allow a detailed directory *with* pictures.

You can have a detailed directory with pictures from the personal profiles, but that option includes personal profile pictures only.emellesee wrote:jv,

What would be optimal, is that they offer an option on the personal profile pictorial, to use the mailing list record's picture as the only picture displayed.

emellesee, when you pasted your pictures into Publisher, did you get them from your own file of pictures or from a PC+ file? We have a CD with all our family pictures taken recently and could use that I suppose?
We are using PC+ v.11 with the latest upgrades, Win XP Pro, and 5 networked pc's.
We have 569 communicant and baptized members.

I did take the pictures from a file on our computer (that's where I upload them from to get them into PC+ anyway). For me, that was the simplest way to do it.emellesee, when you pasted your pictures into Publisher, did you get them from your own file of pictures or from a PC+ file? What format did you export the file to? I've been trying to do that this morning and I'm not getting anything that doesn't take a long time to rework.emellesee wrote:jv,
