The system will create these transactions to adjust the net assets account using the accounts that close to that account. FWIW ... you shouldn't be using the net assets account balance to determine what you have in the bank. That is a 'real time' account that is adjusted whenever you create a transaction that may debit or credit the asset or liability accounts.
