How do I correct contribution statement

problem, Sunday contribution was entered as $2,000 and posted, it should be $200. How do I change the contribution amount to correct the giving records.

We figured out how to change the deposit amount so the checkbook balances.

Enter the same contribution again - same date, envelope number, and fund number, but use a negative for the full amount. In this case -2000. That will counter the original entry, then you can reenter the contribution correctly ($200). Since you've already fixed Fund Accounting, when you post the contributions, you will choose the option to Only Update the Contributions Module.
