I was hoping this report would list all the new attenders, but I only get a few regular attenders who have come for the first time this year. Am I entering new attenders incorrectly? Or am I using the wrong report?
How do I get a list of new attenders/visitors for each Sunday?
Thanks for your help.

Then when you select the first time attender report, you should make sure you only select the VISITOR personal profile code (if you have one).
The alternative is to use one of the Family Mailing List reports, the 'Selected Records' report, and select using the 'Date Registered' of the Sunday you want to get information on. This will pull the data that was entered by the Contributions entry people (as they can't enter any activities) as well as visitor entered via the data on any "Attendence Pad' or 'Friendshp Pads' filled out in the pews.
Re: First Time Attenders Report
The first step is to enter all the visitors into the system (family mailing list, and personal profile records), then add their attendence using the activity code for your Sunday worship.ozarkchapelumc wrote:I was hoping this report would list all the new attenders, but I only get a few regular attenders who have come for the first time this year.
