Posting to a closed month/year

Post by TMatta »

Our church is currently using PCP version 9 (maint release 11/05) under Dell machines with Windows XP Professional. I was asked to do an extensive audit of the church books. I discovered that the church and parsonage mortgages have not been amortized since 12/31/03. I have the amounts, but I can't post to any month prior to September 2005. Is there ANY way to post into 2004? I even tried linking to the accounting tables through Access but access (no pun intended) was denied.

Thank you.

Unfortunately, once the month is closed, you cannot post to it.

Ref: PC+ Manual pg 214: End-of-month closing
Neil Zampella

Using PC+ since 1999.
