ActiveX on startup
Ever since the last maintenance release (PC Plus Ver. 14), a window pops up as we start the program which says, "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" It says PowerChurch Plus Chilkat ActiveX Setup. This has never happened in the past, but now it happens every time on every computer. How can this be eliminated?

Re: ActiveX on startup
It sounds like the installation isn't able to complete, which is why it's coming up every time saying it needs to install.
Try running PowerChurch as administrator - Instead of double clicking the PowerChurch icon, right click and choose Run As Administrator.

I tried your suggestion - from all 3 of our computers. The problem is still there. Even if we click "no" to the question "Do you want to allow this app to make changes" the program still starts.

Re: ActiveX on startup
The important thing is what happens when you choose "yes" on that prompt. If you choose "no", then it's still not installing.

Re: ActiveX on startup
What happens when I choose "yes" is that the program starts. The pop-up occurs every single time we start the program. We have to choose "yes" every time we want to run PowerChurch Plus. I was just mentioning that if we choose "no," the program still runs anyway.
How can we fix this annoying problem?
