How to enter organizations

I am currently "test driving" PC+10. I am the president of a non-profit organization, and need to keep a current record of donations. I need to track both individuals and organizations (i.e., churches, businesses, etc.), as well as compile quarterly statements. I would like to be able to sort these donors by name (i.e. John A. Smith, or Full Life Church) and add/view donations in an itemized format (date, amount, type-cash/check).This software will do exactly what I need with individuals, but I am having problems with entering organizations into the database. My problem stems from the fact that the organizations themselves are contributing money, and not individuals from within the organization. What is the best method to enter an organization?

Create the organization as a personal profile ... its as simple as that.

For instance, set up the mailing address as:

Donating Organization
123 Main St
Anywhere, PA

then setup the personal profile as

1st Name: Donating
Last Name: Organization

and so on.
