If you're asking if you must be online to use the program, not at all. If you're asking if the Maintenance Releases are available on CD, I suspect that is something you may have to talk to the PC+ office about.

FWIW ... most maintenance releases are about 12 MB in size, depending on your connection, a download would take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. However, once downloaded, you do not have to be online to install them.

So if you have a faster connection at home than at the church, you can download the update, burn it to CD, then carry it to the church for the update.
