I have no idea if there is a way to turn this off, but I was writing two checks for each of my minister's health insurance. The program recognized that the vendor was the same, and combined the checks automatically. I also was sending a letter out to some teens, it saw that two of the boys were in the same household, so it combined the label to say "The Smith Family" instead of an individual for each. And yes, I was in the personal profiles area, not family mailing. The others came out fine. Anyhow, is there a way to get powerchurch to stop trying to read my mind!
There is now a prompt in version 10 (update to the latest Maintenance Release if you don't have this prompt) when printing AP checks as to what invoices you want paid, also when posting AP, what checks you would like to post.
When printing mailing labels from Personal Profiles or Activities & Skills, there is a check box option that reads "One Label Per Household". If you want individual labels to print, uncheck that box.
